- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until glossy.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and spread batter into prepared pan.
- Top with M&M candies and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake for the fudgiest texture.
