Brownie Batter
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup M&M candies

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until glossy.
  4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and spread batter into prepared pan.
  6. Top with M&M candies and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for the fudgiest texture.
