Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chopped chocolate and butter together until smooth, then cool slightly.
  3. Whisk sugars and eggs until thick and pale. Add vanilla.
  4. Slowly mix melted chocolate into egg mixture.
  5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in raspberries and chocolate chips.
  7. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake 28–32 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for maximum fudginess. Brownies continue setting while cooling.
