Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chopped chocolate and butter together until smooth, then cool slightly.
- Whisk sugars and eggs until thick and pale. Add vanilla.
- Slowly mix melted chocolate into egg mixture.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into prepared pan and bake 28–32 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake for maximum fudginess. Brownies continue setting while cooling.
