Ingredients
  

Marshmallow Skewers
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 12 wooden skewers
  • 1 cup pink candy melts
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp pastel sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp pink sugar crystals
  • 1 tbsp mini heart sprinkles optional

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Insert marshmallows onto skewers and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  2. Melt pink candy melts with coconut oil in microwave until smooth.
  3. Dip marshmallows into melted pink chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips and transfer to piping bag.
  5. Drizzle white chocolate over marshmallows and swirl lightly with a toothpick.
  6. Add sprinkles immediately before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate skewers for 10 minutes until coating hardens.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
