Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped or shredded
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta shells until al dente, drain, and cool.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and seasonings, cook briefly.
  5. Heat cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Stir in parmesan until sauce thickens.
  7. Mix chicken with half the sauce.
  8. Stuff shells and arrange in dish.
  9. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  10. Bake covered 25 minutes, uncover and bake 10–15 minutes.
