- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook pasta shells until al dente, drain, and cool.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken and seasonings, cook briefly.
- Heat cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Mix chicken with half the sauce.
- Stuff shells and arrange in dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake covered 25 minutes, uncover and bake 10–15 minutes.
