- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt to make garlic butter.
- Heat cast iron skillet over high heat.
- Divide beef into 6 balls and season lightly.
- Place beef ball on skillet and smash thin. Cook 2–3 minutes until crispy.
- Flip, add cheese, cook 1–2 minutes more.
- Brush croissants with garlic butter and toast until golden.
- Assemble burgers with toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
Cook burgers on high heat for best crust. Toast croissants lightly to avoid breakage.
