Ingredients
  

Turkey Cauliflower Skillet
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 3 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon wedge optional
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Season and brown ground turkey in butter until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté cauliflower in butter until golden and tender.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Pour in broth and add Italian seasoning and paprika.
  5. Return turkey to the skillet and stir in remaining butter until melted and coated.
  6. Season to taste, add lemon if desired, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, brown the cauliflower longer for deeper caramelization.
