Method
- Season and brown ground turkey in butter until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté cauliflower in butter until golden and tender.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in broth and add Italian seasoning and paprika.
- Return turkey to the skillet and stir in remaining butter until melted and coated.
- Season to taste, add lemon if desired, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, brown the cauliflower longer for deeper caramelization.
