Method
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet.
- Add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
- Return shrimp to skillet, add lemon juice, toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Serve immediately for best texture. Adjust garlic and spice levels to taste.
