Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet, add lemon juice, toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Adjust garlic and spice levels to taste.
