  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in broth and lemon juice, then stir in rice.
  6. Return shrimp to pan and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
