Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak bites in batches until browned on all sides.
  4. Remove steak from pan and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in the same skillet and add garlic.
  6. Return steak bites to skillet and toss in garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served immediately while hot and juicy.
