Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 zucchini sliced
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce optional
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing them evenly.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and carrots first, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add remaining vegetables and continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Season with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds or Parmesan cheese before serving.
