Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Season and remove from heat.
- Mix cooked beef with shredded cheese.
- Flatten biscuit dough and fill with cheeseburger mixture.
- Seal dough tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Best served warm with dipping sauce.
