Ingredients
  

Cheeseburger Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
Bomb Assembly
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Season and remove from heat.
  3. Mix cooked beef with shredded cheese.
  4. Flatten biscuit dough and fill with cheeseburger mixture.
  5. Seal dough tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Best served warm with dipping sauce.
