Chicken Bake
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika; cook briefly.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper; arrange in dish.
  4. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, and cream until smooth; spread over chicken.
  5. Pour garlic butter over chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella and extra Parmesan.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil 2–3 minutes at the end.
