- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water and drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Toss spaghetti in sauce, adding pasta water to loosen if needed.
- Slice chicken and add to pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the creamiest sauce. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
