Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss mushrooms until evenly coated.
- Spread mushrooms in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Roast 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and parmesan is golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or balsamic vinegar before roasting. Can also be cooked in a skillet on the stovetop.
