Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim Brussels sprouts and slice in half.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread on baking sheet cut-side down in a single layer.
- Roast 20–25 minutes until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice if desired. Toss gently.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
