  • 2 lbs potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in milk and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
  5. Layer potatoes, sauce, and cheese in baking dish.
  6. Repeat layers and finish with cheese on top.
  7. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.

Notes
