- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice potatoes thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- Sauté onion in butter, then add garlic.
- Add broth, then remove from heat and stir in yogurt and seasonings.
- Layer potatoes and sauce in the baking dish.
- Top with cheese and cover with foil.
- Bake 45 minutes covered, then 25 minutes uncovered.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Letting the dish rest thickens the sauce naturally.
