- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form mixture into four evenly sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through to 165°F.
- Rest burgers briefly, then serve warm.
Notes
Serve on buns, lettuce wraps, or over salads. Burgers freeze well before cooking.
