- Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut ghost outlines from tortillas.
- Lay one tortilla ghost on a surface, add shredded cheese and optional fillings, then top with another tortilla.
- Cut out small eyes on the top tortilla using a straw or knife tip.
- Heat butter in a skillet and cook each quesadilla 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and melted.
