Method
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Stir in brown sugar and molasses until smooth.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Mix in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, and salt.
- Remove from heat and fold in rice cereal and crushed cookies.
- Press mixture gently into prepared pan.
- Cool completely and cut into squares.
Notes
Do not press mixture too firmly to keep treats soft and chewy.
