Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch seasoning until combined.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and cut into equal portions.
- Place filling in the center of each piece, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and onion powder and brush over pockets.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
You can substitute rotisserie chicken for faster prep. Adjust spice level with mild or hot buffalo sauce.
