Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning optional
Dough & Topping
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch seasoning until combined.
  3. Roll dough into a rectangle and cut into equal portions.
  4. Place filling in the center of each piece, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic and onion powder and brush over pockets.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

You can substitute rotisserie chicken for faster prep. Adjust spice level with mild or hot buffalo sauce.
