Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter cold
  • 6-8 tbsp ice water
Filling
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix cheese filling ingredients.
  3. Roll out dough and cut shapes.
  4. Fill, fold, and seal pockets.
  5. Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
