Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and any optional toppings.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
- Slice into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels and place on baking sheet cut-side up.
- Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle seasoning and parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and gooey.
- Cool slightly before serving with marinara or dipping sauce.
Notes
Do not overfill tortillas to prevent leakage. Best served fresh and warm.
