Ingredients
  

Pizza Rolls Base
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 0.75 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices optional
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Optional Add-Ins
  • bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, chicken

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and any optional toppings.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
  5. Slice into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels and place on baking sheet cut-side up.
  6. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle seasoning and parmesan.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and gooey.
  8. Cool slightly before serving with marinara or dipping sauce.

Notes

Do not overfill tortillas to prevent leakage. Best served fresh and warm.
