Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate melted
Ganache
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter
Topping
  • 0.5 cup rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugars until smooth.
  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla, then stir in melted chocolate.
  4. Combine dry ingredients and fold into batter.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before adding ganache.
  7. Prepare ganache and spread over brownies.
  8. Top with candy chips, chill, slice, and serve.

Notes

Chill brownies before slicing for clean edges and best texture.
