Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted white chocolate.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and cream.
- Pour over crust and bake in water bath for 60 minutes.
- Cool gradually, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare strawberry topping and let cool.
- Make white chocolate drip and assemble cheesecake.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight and use fresh ripe strawberries.
