Method
- Wash, core, and chop the green apples into small chunks.
- Rinse the fresh mint leaves and pat them dry.
- Add the chopped apples, yogurt, milk, honey, mint leaves, and lime juice into a blender.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint or apple slices if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen apple slices instead of ice.
