Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 2 green apples cored and chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 10-12 mint leaves fresh
  • 0.5 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Wash, core, and chop the green apples into small chunks.
  2. Rinse the fresh mint leaves and pat them dry.
  3. Add the chopped apples, yogurt, milk, honey, mint leaves, and lime juice into a blender.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  5. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint or apple slices if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen apple slices instead of ice.
