Method
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat and lightly oil grates.
- Toss apple slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Grill apples for 2–3 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.
- Wrap or layer grilled apples with prosciutto.
- Return to grill for 1–2 minutes per side until prosciutto lightly crisps.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle thyme and black pepper, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Excellent with wine or as part of a charcuterie board.
