Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush marinade over chicken breasts.
  4. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Top chicken with shredded cheese and close lid until melted.
  6. Remove from grill and top with avocado slices, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  7. Drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe avocados and fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
