Method
- Pat steaks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (450°F).
- Grill steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
- Let steaks rest on a cutting board for 5–10 minutes.
- Arrange mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil on each steak or alongside.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and optional crushed red pepper.
- Serve immediately on a platter or individual plates.

Optional: sprinkle garlic powder on steaks or use a chili-infused balsamic glaze for variation.
