Ingredients
  

Grilled Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Broccoli
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
Bowl Base
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and grill 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  2. Cook broccoli until bright green and tender.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic; whisk in flour to form roux.
  4. Add broth and cream; simmer and stir until thickened.
  5. Add parmesan and seasonings to finish sauce.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, and garlic sauce.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
