Ingredients
  

Shrimp Marinade
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Wrap Assembly
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated or shaved
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 flour tortillas large

Equipment

  • Grill pan or outdoor grill

  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp in the marinade and rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  3. Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.
  4. Toss romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
  5. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  6. Assemble wraps with Caesar salad and grilled shrimp, roll tightly, and serve.
