- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until fully mixed.
- Press crust mixture evenly into cupcake liners and bake for 5 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Blend in green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
- Fill cupcake liners with cheesecake batter and bake for 16–20 minutes.
- Cool cheesecakes completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and red heart candies before serving.
