Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp green gel food coloring adjust as needed
Toppings
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 red heart candies

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until fully mixed.
  3. Press crust mixture evenly into cupcake liners and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  6. Blend in green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
  7. Fill cupcake liners with cheesecake batter and bake for 16–20 minutes.
  8. Cool cheesecakes completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  9. Top with whipped cream and red heart candies before serving.

Notes

For best texture, use room temperature ingredients and chill overnight before serving.
