Method
- Brown ground turkey in olive oil, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic.
- Add pasta, diced tomatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
If sauce thickens too much, add a splash of broth before serving.
