- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté diced onion until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Add tomato paste and diced tomatoes, stirring to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and add dry pasta, ensuring pasta is mostly submerged.
- Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
Notes
Add spinach during the last 2 minutes of cooking for extra veggies.
