Ingredients
  

Turkey Bowl
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 2 green onions sliced
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Rice cooker or pot

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Cook thoroughly.
  5. Prepare vegetables by chopping and slicing.
  6. Mix all bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, vegetables, and sauce.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust spice level in sauce to taste and add extra vegetables for variety.
