Ingredients
  

Turkey Rice Bowls
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh grated
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Cooking spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Cook rice ahead of time and keep warm.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion until soft.
  3. Add garlic and ginger and cook briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add bell pepper and carrots and cook until slightly tender.
  7. Whisk together all Bang Bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  8. Assemble bowls with rice, turkey mixture, and vegetables.
  9. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish before serving.

Notes
