  • 8 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • 8 oz milk or dark chocolate
  • 4 oz orange candy melts
  • 2 tsp coconut oil optional, for smoother chocolate

Method

  1. Wash strawberries and pat completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Dip one-third of the strawberries in white chocolate (ghosts), one-third in orange melts (pumpkins), and the rest in milk/dark chocolate (mummies). Place on tray.
  5. For ghosts: Attach candy eyes and pipe mouths with black gel.
  6. For pumpkins: Use a toothpick to make ridges and add a small green icing leaf.
  7. For mummies: Drizzle thin lines of white chocolate across strawberries and add candy eyes.
  8. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes until set. Serve fresh.
