Method
- Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter.
- Spread the Oreo mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add orange food coloring.
- Spread filling evenly over Oreo layer, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Roll up tightly using parchment paper, then wrap and chill for 1–2 hours.
- Slice and garnish with sprinkles, chocolate drizzle, or decorations.
Notes
Keep refrigerated until serving for best texture. Use gel food coloring for vibrant orange filling.
