- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients gradually until cookie dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Wrap cookie dough around each Oreo, sealing completely.
- Bake 12–14 minutes until golden and set. Cool on wire rack.
Notes
For extra soft cookies, slightly underbake and allow to finish setting on the baking sheet.
