Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Filling
  • 22 Halloween Oreos

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Add dry ingredients gradually until cookie dough forms.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Wrap cookie dough around each Oreo, sealing completely.
  8. Bake 12–14 minutes until golden and set. Cool on wire rack.

Notes

For extra soft cookies, slightly underbake and allow to finish setting on the baking sheet.
