Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs and milk until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Add seasonings, ham, cheese, and vegetables. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, remove from pan, and serve.
