  • 6 large croissants torn
  • 2 cups cooked ham diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 5 eggs large
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer half the croissants, ham, and cheese in the dish.
  3. Repeat with remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, butter, mustard, and seasonings.
  5. Pour mixture over croissants and let soak 10–15 minutes.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool slightly, garnish, and serve warm.

Notes

You can assemble the casserole the night before and bake in the morning for convenience.
