- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Layer half the croissants, ham, and cheese in the dish.
- Repeat with remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, butter, mustard, and seasonings.
- Pour mixture over croissants and let soak 10–15 minutes.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly, garnish, and serve warm.
Notes
You can assemble the casserole the night before and bake in the morning for convenience.
