- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic, carrots, and bell pepper.
- Stir in harissa paste and spices, cooking until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chickpeas, and vegetable broth.
- Simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Finish with lemon juice, garnish, and serve.
