- Rinse and soak lentils for 3–4 hours.
- Drain and blend with water until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter and spread thinly.
- Cook until edges lift, then flip.
- Cook other side until lightly golden.
- Repeat and stack wraps.
Notes
Add spices or herbs for extra flavor. Keep wraps thin for flexibility.
