- Blend oats into fine flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Let batter rest for 3–5 minutes.
- Cook pancakes on greased skillet 2–3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and texture. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
