Ingredients
  

Apple Filling
  • 4 medium apples peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp water
Crumble Topping
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup almond flour or whole wheat flour
  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts walnuts, almonds, or pecans
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, honey, vanilla, and water; spread into baking dish.
  3. Combine oats, almond flour, nuts, cinnamon, coconut oil, honey, and salt to form crumble.
  4. Sprinkle crumble over apples evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until apples are soft and topping is golden.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with yogurt or milk.

Notes

Use maple syrup for a vegan version. Add berries or nuts for variety.
