Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in carrots and add-ins.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.

Store in refrigerator up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.
