Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; mix until combined.
- Stir in oats and any optional mix-ins such as nuts or dark chocolate.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week. Freeze for long-term storage.
