Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion diced
  • 0.25 cup cucumber diced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Add drained tuna to a bowl and flake with a fork.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt, mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir in chopped vegetables and herbs.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and mix gently.
  5. Chill briefly before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Adjust seasoning before serving.
