Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1-2 tbsp honey to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami machine
  • Blender
  • Ninja Creami pint container

Method
 

  1. Blend almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Fold in frozen berries evenly.
  4. Freeze flat for at least 12 hours.
  5. Spin on Lite Ice Cream or Ice Cream setting.
  6. Re-spin with a splash of almond milk if needed.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and liquid based on protein powder used.
