Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lbs chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Fried Rice
  • 3 cups cooked rice cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetables
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 onion sliced

Equipment

  • Large skillet or flat-top pan
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add garlic and soy sauce, stir well.
  4. Scramble eggs and mix with rice and soy sauce.
  5. Cook vegetables until tender.
  6. Serve chicken with rice and vegetables.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best texture.
